01 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a bdganes Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a hard legal and platform requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bdganes Platform or had an account permanently closed for policy violations.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of bdganes or its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• You will use the Platform for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial, business, or professional gambling purpose.
• You have read and understood this entire Agreement, the bdganes Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines before registering.
• You understand that real-money gambling carries financial risk and you take full personal responsibility for your decisions to wager.

Age Verification (KYC)

bdganes reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any Player at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by Bangladeshi authorities. Until age verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held pending review. Players who fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe communicated by support may have their Account suspended and any pending withdrawal request cancelled pending further review.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the bdganes Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a form of account abuse and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide your real full name, date of birth, and a valid email address at registration. Providing false information is a breach of this Agreement.
• Your registered payment methods (bKash number, Nagad number, bank account) must be held in your own name and must match the name on your bdganes Account.
• You must create a strong password of at least eight characters. bdganes strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately after registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bdganes accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Account Security Obligations

If you suspect that your bdganes Account credentials have been compromised, you must contact our 24/7 English-language support team immediately via live chat and request an emergency account lock. bdganes will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password, PIN, or full payment account number. Any communication purporting to be from bdganes that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdganes Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdganes does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made via any supported payment method.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 across all supported payment methods.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly and available for wagering within minutes of confirmation.
• Deposits via Rocket, Upay, and supported Bangladeshi bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during BST business hours.
• bdganes does not charge a deposit fee on the platform side. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your mobile financial service provider or bank are outside bdganes's control.
• Funds deposited to bdganes may only be used for real-money wagering on the Platform. Depositing funds without intent to wager — for example, to exploit a deposit bonus without genuine play — constitutes bonus abuse under Section 5.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account registered in the same name as the bdganes Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• bdganes targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for verified accounts. During peak periods or where additional review is required, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• bdganes reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where bdganes has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of this Agreement.
• All outstanding Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Real-money deposits that have not been co-mingled with active bonus funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bdganes offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Each promotional bonus will specify a wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x) which represents the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The exact multiplier will always be stated in the promotion terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, wagering contributions are as follows: slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer games contribute 10%; sports bets contribute 100%; RNG table games contribute 20%; fishing games contribute 50%.
• Bonus funds have an expiry date stated in the individual promotion terms. Any unmet wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be voided upon expiry.
• Bonuses are awarded to one Account per household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• bdganes reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-way through a bonus period, the affected Player's wagering progress will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Any Player found to be systematically exploiting promotions — including through low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk — may have their bonus voided and may be restricted from future promotions.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting categories on the bdganes Platform. Category-specific rules (e.g., cricket in-play settlement rules, slot game pay-table rules, fishing game multiplier mechanics) are provided within each game or sportsbook section and form part of this Agreement by reference.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are final once confirmed. bdganes does not offer a bet cancellation facility except where explicitly stated in the sportsbook rules for specific market types.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or voided by the relevant sporting authority will be settled according to the sportsbook void rules published in the Sports section of the Platform.
• In-play cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Test and ODI matches — are subject to real-time odds fluctuation. A bet is only confirmed at the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmation, not at the odds displayed when you first selected the market.
• bdganes reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a pricing error or technical fault. Players will be notified and the staked amount will be returned to their wallet.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook at the time of bet placement.

Casino & Slot Games

• All slot and RNG casino game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems maintained by certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. bdganes does not control individual game outcomes.
• Live dealer games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and governed by those providers' published game rules in addition to this Agreement.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, game crash, or display error — the round will be voided and the staked amount returned. Partially completed game rounds that cannot be reconstructed from server logs will be treated as void.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed in the game lobby are indicative and updated periodically. The final jackpot amount paid is the amount confirmed by the game provider's server at the exact moment the jackpot is triggered.

Fishing Games

• King of Fishing, Shade Dragon Fishing, and other fishing game titles on bdganes combine skill-influenced targeting mechanics with RNG-determined fish values and multipliers. The probability of hitting high-value targets is governed by the game provider's certified pay-table.
• Bullet (shot) costs are deducted from a Player's wallet balance at the point of firing, regardless of whether the target fish is eliminated. This is consistent with standard fishing game mechanics across all certified providers.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdganes Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Underage Registration or Play: Registering or attempting to register as a person under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to access your Account.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under any alias, fictitious identity, or third-party identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk betting patterns, multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the Platform as a recreational Player.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker variants or match-fixing in sports markets.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, browser extensions, or any technology designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without direct manual Player input.
• Chargeback Fraud: Disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider after wagering the deposited funds on the Platform. All legitimate deposit disputes must be raised with bdganes support first.
• Money Laundering: Using the bdganes Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of those funds. bdganes is required by its operating policies to report suspicious financial activity.
• Platform Manipulation: Attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the bdganes Platform, game software, or payment processing systems.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

bdganes reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time and for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to the circumstances described in this section. Where a suspension or closure is initiated by bdganes rather than the Player, the reason will be communicated to the affected Player via their registered email address where legally permissible to do so.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure by bdganes

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information, including a false date of birth, false name, or use of another person's payment methods.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated against a deposit made to the Player's bdganes wallet.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is suffering from a gambling disorder and that continued access to the Platform may cause harm — particularly where the Player has previously used or requested responsible gaming tools.
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance requirement that necessitates the restriction of the Player's Account.

Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

Players may request to close their bdganes Account at any time by contacting the 24/7 English-language support team via live chat. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus fund balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary Account closure unless the associated wagering requirements have been met in full.

Effect of Closure on Outstanding Bets

Where an Account is suspended or closed while real-money bets are outstanding on unsettled sporting events or ongoing game rounds, bdganes will settle those bets according to standard rules and credit or debit the Account balance accordingly. Following final settlement, the remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the reason for closure — returned to the Player in the case of voluntary closure or self-exclusion, or held pending review in the case of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the bdganes Platform shall be governed by the general principles of applicable law. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account balance, or platform transactions, Players must first raise the matter with bdganes support via live chat. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within 14 days of the initial complaint, Players may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected]. bdganes aims to resolve all escalated disputes within 28 days of receipt. This Agreement does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection law.

Amendments to These Terms

bdganes reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, Players will be notified via their registered email address and/or a notice displayed on the Platform at login. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should close your Account before the effective date of the change. The current version of this Agreement, with its effective date, is always available at bdganes.net/terms-conditions.
